Minister of City Planning and Water Supply and the Chairperson of the Parliamentary Caucus on Children Dr. Sudarshini Fernandopulle and Hon. MP and Chairperson of the Parliamentary Oversight Committee on Women and Gender, Dr. Thusitha Wijemanne, at the conference on the Deinstitutionalization and Alternative Care (DiAC) of children in Sri Lanka organized by SOS Children’s Villages Sri Lanka in partnership with Children’s Emergency Relief International (CERI) and the Ncpa Sri Lanka.
